I've read about 30/50 chapters of something called Under Ninja that is very similar to The Fable and I was loving it, but disclaimer I have no idea if it's ongoing or ended or what, I haven't had a chance to read more recently

my favourite genre. under ninja, my favourite, but it's schizophrenic. amateur vigilante, less comedy. seto utsumi, less action. akumetsu, more comical but also a very deep topic. my home hero, less comedy, more funny of an absurd reality. d-frag,probably not what's you're looking for but my no.1 comedy manga soo.... oddman eleven, probably not your taste, but it is both very funny and violent.
