I get it with One Piece. Got a guy at work to watch it. He went through it all in about 18months up to Cake Island and burned himself out. Now he refuses to get back to it. It can be a slog getting caught up with its length. It's not Seinen but I'd also recommend Watamote because of the journey of Tomoko, where she was when the manga started off compared to where she is now is practically night and day.
