Nodame Cantabile seems to be making a comeback and wasn't on your list! It's about two professional classical musicians, one up and coming and the other basically retired due to fear of flying iirc. Very good story!  Another one I dig is The Embalmer. He's legendary for being able to reconstruct mutilated corpses back into the people they once were, and builds a slow budding romance with his long time friend who's had a one sided crush for a bit then gave up on it.
