Hiraeth wa Tabiji no Hate (Hiraeth The End of the Journey) - A grieving teenage girl, an immortal man and an ancient god are all traveling to the gates of the underworld, where they plan to die and cross over. Angel Sanctuary - You should read a full synopsis because I am not sure if this is what you are looking for (it is very dark), but it deals with reincarnation and angels.
