i honestly don’t remember if these manga exactly fit bc i read them a while ago but the ones that come to mind are: ran the peerless beauty my sweet girl rainbow days - similar to you & i are polar opposites in that the story follows a few different couples and i’m pretty sure there’s a shy girl + more outgoing guy in that one

I last read PK and Nana over a decade ago, so forgive me if some of these are a little out of left field… •The Wallflower - manga and anime •Orange •Cat Street •Skip Beat •Tomodachi no Hanashi •Shinrei Tantei Yakumo •Nijiiro Days Also, not shoujo at all but have you read/watched Yakuza Fiancé? It has a subversive romance, which I recall PK also had. This is currently on hiatus though, sadly :(

Utakata Dialog is pretty much that, they’re just two ordinary high school students who work together And I haven’t finished it yet so I’m not 100% sure, but I think Rainbow Days could also work? They’re all just a bunch of regular teenagers (and to some extent the same applies to Koi wo Shiranai bokutachi wa by the same creator)
