Knights of Sidonia

r/manga · Recommendations for hard, desolate, mysterious "ultra-scifi"

You need to read Noise then read blame again to fully understand the story. I re-read blame like every 2 years and catch new things every read. Aposimz and knights of sidonia by the same author are "similar"

Honestly is pretty hard to replicate nihei without just recomending more nihei. Biomega and knights of sidonia are also good. I think Planetes and some parts of Dr.Stone. Planetes is set on the space age, feels very realistic and philosophical. Dr.stone is kinda like a single impossibly smart guy in the stone age rebuilding civilization Btw the game Echo from ultraultra is the most similar thing ive seen to blame. Its a stealth game where you explore an abandoned kilometer wide planetary cloning facility and you gotta avoid clones that slowly learn whatever tools you use in the previous sta

r/Seinen · Blame! is peak and all, but have you read Biomega also by Nihei?

Where is knights of sidonia ??? 😁😁
