r/webtoons · What’s a WEBTOON everyone recommended to you that you actually hated?It feels so forced as in "When the villainess loves". And ofc, it doesn't help that the ML appear after the first third when there were actually a good and nice potential ML on the table. Eclisse had room for growth and redemption, and Eugene is just a cute pie. The protected by plot armor in both cases are annoying and popped out of nowhere.

To me, those have severe issues with the structure and the relationships, because we could find ourselves rooting for a couple, then, an unknown and less appealing character appears later, and oh, surprise...! It is the ML. (In most of those). I don't like when my feelings are already invested and get betrayed that way.
