'The Fragrant Flower' is technically a shounen, but I get where the confusion comes from. There's a lot of series that I call 'broujo', ones where they try and appeal to fans of both demographics/genders. Horimiya, Skip and Loafer, Sweat and Soap, Apothecary Diaries, etc.

I would say works by Paru treat sex with how messy and complicated it can be. Like Beastars, where Haru is hypersexual because she feels 'powerful' and 'equal' during sex, instead of feeling patronised for being a small white rabbit. His Face During the Witching Hour is also an interesting take about a repressed housewife in a dead bedroom marriage, who starts to sleep with the ghost in their house lmfao. Sweat and Soap by Kintetsu Yamada is also amazing, its really sweet and sex feels mature and wholesome, part but not all of a healthy relationship.
