Rave Master

Same here!  I know what you mean. Pure adventure is hard to come by. I recommended Rave Master (which is Mashima's best series imo), but it also has the fighting aspect. Less than One Piece though if I remember correctly. Lol And I don't blame you. One Piece is fantastic! It's also a great time to pick it up since we're getting into the endgame of the series now.

OH GOSH....Detective Conan is also crazy long! I'm collecting One Piece, Bakuman (have the full set now), From Far Away, Inuyasha, Ouran Highschool Host Club  And I'd love to have Dragonball (but not DBZ), Naruto, and Rave Master.  We both have problems. Lmao!

Adventure series aren't the easiest to find.  Rave Master might fit. It adventure focused, but can get quite dark at times. Girls Last Tour would also fit.

r/mangarecommendations · long with no anime adaptation?

RAVE MASTER (it's about 300 chapters) Okay, so it technically has an anime, but the anime is from 2001 and is such a crappy rendition of the series that you wouldn't want to watch it anyways.  ....I was also going to recommend Liar Game, but it literally just got an anime. The manga is way better though!
