<Okaeri, Papa> This manga filled with a sense of inescapable dread during each chapter and makes you feel very uncomfortable. The story telling is really good and so far nothing to F up has happened

Let me rephrase my question. Spicy is pretty broad, like you want more...distubing romances but don't want ones that could make manga appear weird and push them off. That's not very precise Like <okaeri, papa> is technically a romance and is fucked up. Would not be a manga I show the first time. <Happy Sugar Life> is another one. I don't recall it having actual sexual content. <Sachi-iro no one room>, <citrus> , <Mirai Nikki> (kinda on the romance), and <namae no nai kaibutsu: kumo to shoujo to Ryouki Satsujin> (can't remember if this had sexual stuff).
