Maybe try Studio Cabana if you liked Nana and Given, they’re all centered around a band for the most part. If you liked I Want to Eat your Pancreas then you may like The Summer You were There. Based off the fact you liked Chainsaw Man and Cyberpunk Edgerunners, I’ll assume you like sad stuff lol, so I recommend A Home Far Away. Some of my favorite manga I recommend in general though are Horeta Hareta Panda, Firefly Wedding, Fall in Love-You False Angels, Futarjime Romantic

Hi! Me again, and I would also like to recommend: **I'm around thirty and finally in love** - they are head over heels about one another. Side couple is cute too and has a happy ending. **Last Game** - this one is a classic. ML is definitely obsessed with the FL, has the same vibe with Ouran Highschool Host Club **Kaichou wa Maid-sama** - also has an obsessed ML with the FL trope, but a tad bit dramatic towards the end than the other one I recommended. But it does have a happy ending.
