Welcome Back, First Love is also really cute!! Also, "Love like Cherry Blossoms" is suuuper good, it's a Chinese Manhwa though. But if you'd like please give it a try as well\~!

How about some CLAMP? not the main characters, but Sakura's brother Touya is canonly dating his best friend Yukito, and Syaoran (Sakura's love interest) at first has a crush on Yukito. Sakura's best friend Tomoyo has feelings for Sakura too. So that's quite the number of queer characters in the main cast, and since it's a show originally meant for little girls you won't get anything explicit ;) still CLAMP, but he might be a bit young for the second half of the manga (it gets a bit bloody), there's tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE, with Kurogane and Fay pretty much being implicitly canon too
