r/Seinen · Best manga for personal growth/going through a hard time in life?

what is underated is take something joyful and profound. i know it sounds corny but dark + dark is not really great sometimes. Real is great, I remember Eyeshield 21 helped me a lot, and it's funny too (+Murata art is incredible). You have the recent Slam Dunk movie too AND take a look at the **"100 Meters" movie**, you'll like it! other reco : \- My Dress Up Darling anime (not joking, it's really good and with a lot of good vibes, it helped me a lot too recently) \- Violet Evergarden \- Look Back movie \- Vinland Saga
